OUR PROCESS

  • Free Estimate Scheduling: When a client calls in, we schedule a free estimate, typically within the week or the following week, based on their availability.

    Consultation: During the initial consultation, we go over all the project details and provide an expected date for the quote, usually within two to three business days.

  • Quote Delivery: We send the quote via email and allow the client a few days to review it.

    Follow-Up: We follow up to ensure the client received the quote and to address any questions they may have.

  • Approval: If the client approves the quote, they can confirm via call or email. For projects like brick paving or retaining walls, we may schedule a second appointment to bring out samples if necessary.

    Signing: The client signs the quote and sends it back along with a deposit check or via credit card.

  • Work Start Date: Once the deposit is secured, we schedule the job and provide a start date.

    Proactive Updates: We notify clients immediately of any delays due to weather or other factors to keep them informed and avoid last-minute changes.

  • Ongoing Communication: The office manager will stay in contact with the client until the job starts. Once it starts, the project manager takes over to ensure everything is done to the client’s satisfaction.

    Final Payment: After project completion, the client inspects the work. Once they are satisfied, they pay the remaining 75%.

  • Trust and Transparency: We take a 25% deposit, which doesn't cover the full cost, ensuring the client’s trust. The remaining payment is made after the client is satisfied with the completed project.
